We are looking for PART-TIME EXPERIENCED LINE COOK to join our team! As a Line Cook, you will take part in all aspects of the kitchen including service, sanitation, safety, menu knowledge, and station setup. You will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction. As a Line Cook, you will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, in accordance with recipes and menu specifications. MUST be available on SUNDAYS.

Responsibilities
- Prepare food and work with servers ensuring customers are served a quality product
- Prep work: prep recipes and adequate amounts of food items to be served to customers
- Workstation cleanliness and organization
- Maintain food in accordance with ServSafe and health code regulations
- Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
- Assist the servers in any way to help expedite the food in a quicker, more efficient manner
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous kitchen experience – 2 Year Minimum
- Strong working knowledge of frying, grilling, sautéing, and cold prep
- Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification a plus
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Sunday availability - Required
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
