Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Part-Time Pizza Maker to join the BSB&G team at our location in Tewksbury. This position requires experience in operating a stone oven as well as hand stretching dough. You will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, efficient, and committed to creating an excellent pizza for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening & closing procedures as applicable
- Set up the station with necessary tools and equipment
- Prepare food and present it to standard
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Follow all food safety regulation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications:
- Required to work Saturdays
- At least 2 years of experience with pizza stretching and preparation
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (not required)
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Reliable and punctual
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
